【摘要】:1.1ThispartofEN500specifiesthecommonsafetyrequirementsformobileroadconstructionmachinery1).TheEN500seriesisapplicabletomobileroadconstructionmachineryaslistedinAnnexA.Whennospecificstandardexists,EN500-1applies.Itspecifiescommonrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofmobileroadconstructionmachineryinordertoprotectworkersfromaccidentsandhealthhazardswhichcouldoccurduringoperation,loading,transportandmaintenance.Additionalspecificrequirementsforcertaintypesofmobileroadconstructionmachineryaregiveninparts2to4and6ofthisstandard.Thispartofthisstandardgivessafetyrequirementsforalltypesofmobileroadconstructionmachineryandshallbeusedinconjunctionwithoneoftheparts2to4and6.Thesemachine-specificpartsdonotrepeattherequirementsfrompart1butaddtoorreplacetherequirementsforthetypeofmobileroadconstructionmachineryinquestion.Machine-specificrequirementsinparts2to4and6takeprecedenceovertherespectiverequirementsofthisstandard.Fortypesofmobileroadconstructionmachinerynotdealtwithinparts2to4and6,EN500-1applies.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttomobileroadconstructionmachinery,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeable(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsasspecifiedinClause4.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
