【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofdoughandpastrybrakesusedinthefoodindustryandshops(bread-making,pastry-making,sweetindustries,bakeries,confectioners,delicatessens,cateringfacilites,etc)forreducingthethickneesofasolidmassofdoughorpastrybyrollingitout.Theoperationisgenerallycarriedoutbypassingthedoughbackandforthbetweentherollerswhosedistanceapartisreducedprogressivelyeitherbymanualadjustmentorautomatically.Thestandardcoversthetechnicalsafetyrequirementsfortheinstallation,adjustment,operation,cleaningandmaintenanceofthesemachines,asdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991andinthemanufacturer'sinstructionhandbook.Thesignificanthazardscoveredbythisstandardaremechanical(drawing-in,crushing,shearing,cutting,entanglementandlossofstability),electrical,ergonomicandthoseresultingfrominhalationofflourdustandlackofhygiene.Thehazardsarespecificallylistedin5.Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazardfromdoughandpastrybrakes.Thisdoesnotmeanthatthemanufacturerofthemachineisabsolvedfromreducingnoiseandmakinganoisedeclaration.ThereforeanoisetestcodeisspecifiedinAnnexB.Itappliesonlytomachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthestandard.Thefollowingmachinesareexcluded:-experimentalandtestingmachinesunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;-domesticappliances.note:1)EN60335-1and60335-2-64areapplicable.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofbutadiene-1,3purityandimpuritiessuchaspropane,propylene,isobutane,n-butane,butene-1,isobutylene,propadiene,trans-butene-2,cis-butene-2,butadiene-1,2,pentadiene-1,4,and,methyl,dimethyl,ethyl,andvinylacetyleneinpolymerizationgradebutadienebygaschromatography.Impuritiesincludingbutadienedimer,carbonyls,inhibitor,andresiduearemeasuredbyappropriateASTMproceduresandtheresultsusedtonormalizethecomponentdistributionobtainedbychromatography.Note1-Otherimpuritiespresentincommercialbutadienemustbecalibratedandanalyzed.Otherimpuritieswerenottestedinthecooperativeworkonthistestmethod.Note2-Thistestmethodcanbeusedtocheckforpentadiene-1,4andotherCsinsteadofTestMethodD1088.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardstatements,see6.1and9.3
